Self-Portrait Tuesday


For twenty-seven years I've washed dishes looking out this window. There is a beautiful view of the creek behind our house, but at night I see myself reflected back. Posted by Picasa

I enjoy my sink window too. I can see my birdfeeder, my rose garden and the new tropical palm trees I planted by the swimming pool. Makes dishwashing so much more enjoyable! At night, I put on the white decorative lights on the porch... we keep them up year round, even though they are Christmas lights. They look like little stars. :) I also have them draped through my fake ficus tree.
