Not journaling
I can't believe it's been nearly two weeks since I've posted. That's because I haven't been journaling either. I guess I have end of the summer doldrums. I just spent some time catching up on Julie's" Journal. Now she has been busy. Hopefully this will inspire me to get busy with my own journal. I hate it when I lapse like this. I haven't even been filling in the tiny block in my calendar. It's like the thing has a lock on it.

Everyone of us goes through those dry times, when the creativity doesn't flow and you just don't feel inspired. That's why this whole illustrated blog thing is so great for me. I am so inspired by the things people write about creativity and drawing and the artwork they post. I love Illustration Friday (even though it's been weeks since I participated) and the Everyday Matters challenges because they keep me drawing when I don't have the inspiration. I am glad I could be a little piece of your inspiration...because you have been that for me many times. Keep it up, don't give up. Can't wait to see what you share with us next.
